I was
feeling confused and frustrated by my own inability
to get motivated, get organized, and to get my life
back on track. That’s when a friend suggested
that I should seek out a life coach. Several referrals
later, I came across Bob Minton and found a perfect
fit.
After a series of discussions
and exercises that helped to define my desires, priorities
and goals in life, we embarked on a four-month coaching
relationship that helped me to turn my life around.
Bob helped me develop tools to keep my mind and my environment
organized; to make priorities out of the things that
were most important to me; and to stay healthy and balanced
in all aspects of my life. In short, he coached me,
through a discovery process, to become the best “me”
I can be.
Since the coaching sessions with Bob, I have built a
much happier, more balanced life. I am pursuing my dreams
and feeling stronger than ever. I don’t owe it
to Bob. I worked hard to get here, but along the way,
